Privacy Act Notice

Porter, White & Company, Inc. (Broker Dealer), PW Advisers, Inc. (Registered Investment Advisor) and affiliated companies (together "PWCO") are committed to preserving the privacy of clients and customers. This notice describes how we deal with information concerning them.

(1) We collect nonpublic personal information about clients and customers from the following sources: Information we receive from clients and customers on applications or other forms; information about transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and information we may receive from a credit reporting agency.

(2) We do not disclose any non public personal information about current or former clients or customers, except as permitted or required by law.

(3) We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about clients and customers to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to the customer or client. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard nonpublic information.
